Ernie is a third generation Silicon Valley resident and President of Moreno & Associates, Inc. - a commercial building maintenance and painting company. Ernie is a member of the San Jose Country Club, Rotary San Jose, the Board of Directors at the American Musical Theatre San Jose, and the Board of Fellows at Santa Clara University. Ernie has a B.Sc. in Psychology from Santa Clara University. He is a devoted husband, father of four and an avid golfer. Ernie is committed to preserving family histories and traditions. |
Tim Harper
Tim has more than 25 years of experience working effectively with diverse organizations from entrepreneurial startups to Fortune 500 companies with clients in both the private and public sectors. He has also worked extensively with professional athletes and athletic organizations, including the Green Bay Packers, the Toronto Blue Jays and the Philadelphia Eagles. Tim earned his Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University and Bachelor's in Sociology from California State University, Hayward. He is the Founder and Principal of Harper & Associates. From all accounts, Tim's first time falling in love was with a car. |
